So I'm changing the rear disks on my D3, but I think the parking brake shoes have moved. My "assistant" actuated the parking brake when the disks were off.

So how can I get the brake shoes to now close so I can get the discs on?
Ive fully closed the manual adjuster but theres still a gap at the top of the shoes.

HELPPPPPP :-(

If you've got EPB, the module has probably over pulled the cables, pulled the shoes out to max position.
I did the same on our 2007MY L322, but found there was a manual Emergency Release cable - which when pulled, allowed the cables & shoes to be restored to their proper "rest" position.
You've probably got one on the Disco, but I can't help you with where it is

Hi

Plus 1 what @Pawl mentioned ref the emergency release

It’s hidden under the cover , enclosed a pic , ur looking for a small wire with a loop on the end

Always best in future to pull the fuse before working on it , all part of the fun , lol

Will find a brake guide for u
