attention to all residents of the ripon area , on the fourteenth of January a long wheel base landrover defender was stolen from dishforth village close to the A1 , the vehicle was taken without the use of keys , if you are a landrover owner or have a quad bike or ATV vehicle please be mindful of their security when left unattended particularly during the hours of darkness , should anyone see any suspicious activity in relation such vehicles please contact north Yorkshire police on 101
