RRs tdv8 to buy or not

Hi everyone
Am planning to purchase lowmileage 44k miles,2008 RR.sport tdv8 from a friend who is first owner.
It has been well kept,properly maintained. Recently he changed both turbos & both egrs onit.,;according to him, reason being that it was slow in pick,not in limp mode. The dealer told him to replace one turbo, but he being cautious replaced both turbos & egrs

Have been reading on different range Rover forums about reliability issues of these...since I have never kept one of these...want your expert opinion,whether to ahead and buy ,or else go for Mercedes S550

Does “property maintained” include a full service history as well?

It’s a very different choice to an S550. Have you owned any Land Rovers before?

Yes full service history....& Never owned R.R before

its not going to be the right mileage if he had to change the turbos already. i have a tdv8 done 83000 miles its still going great. only have 1 thing with it at moment the hand brake electric wire is broke some where i need this sorting for mot. other than that its fine. dont buy 2,7 there tubos go more often.
