Hi guys. Im looking for the centre section exhaust for the td4 3 door. Finding it hard to find a supplier with stock.
Any ideas?

Also a daft question but are the 3 door and 5 door the same size in dimensions. I thought they were but the two of them seem to have different exhaust part numbers.

Are the numbers different but in reality the same or is it that 3 door and 5 door exhausts vary slightly in contours and length.

Any advice appreciated and ive searched and read many pages but cant see the answer im looking for, thanks.

Thanks Teddy. Yeh just phoned a L R dealer parts dept and he said the system only asks if its an auto or manual? Gen one is 1200+ or aftermarket 500 odd. I was crying and laughing at the same time when i heard that oneo_O

I think im going to risk a cheap one listed as for 5 door and see if it fits my 3 door. Hopefully someone has had experience of this that can hell me out out .

Most motor factors will be able to order what you need in a couple of days, and for much less than the dealer price. The original LR pipe includes the cat, which will make it expensive. However some aftermarket exhaust manufacturers supply just the rear section, which you cut into your existing system.

Thanks Nodge. Still looking for a part, its a hard find so far. Plenty listed for the LN model but near nine for the 3 door.?

Mild steel is ok by me as I cant see the beast lasting another 15 year exhaust.Search continues with mot waiting for me in 10 days time:mad:

Have you tried EBay? There's a company on there selling a complete system for £230. You'll need the back box anyway, as you'll never split the joint. ;)

Yeh trying that but my back nox is good as is the downpipe so a middle section on its own would be ideal. But it may have to be that in the end. Thanks
