Hi I am a Newby range rover sport hse 2006 2.7l diesel owner

My question is does this model have automatic access height?? The suspension won't automatically go down to access height unless I press the button on the console. Likewise it won't raise unless I press the button. It's set in auto normal driving etc. Any ideas

That is how it should be.....

It should raise itself automatically when you start driving and go above 20 - 30 mph

No auto lowering - but you can preselect access height up to 30 seconds before you stop and it will start lowering as you slow to a stop

Thanks td4van such conflicting messages on the Interweb I have also seen a lot of messages about owners leaving it parked at normal height instead of keep using the air suspension would you recommend this to prolong it's life?

2016 on then the car lowers automatically.

Personally I tend to use the systems to prevent items seizing etc through lack of use but it’s a payoff between wear and tear through use or problems due to lack of use. No simple answer I’m afraid
