There's a high air intake on the TD4, which draws cool dry air from near the indicator repeater on the RH inner wing. The Muddy Mods snorkel would joint to that, I'm guessing anyway. Warren (proprietor of Muddy Mods) is very thorough on stuff like that.

The one fitted to the Freelander I saw a picture of was like Discovery one that runs along the wing, hooking it up to the air inlet with some flexi pipe.

Cool i mit order one have you done it to yours i have just had my new steering rack done lots of fluid at back of engine can you jet wash it off just i sont want to damage owt they could have cleamed it off lol
