School report: "Mackers spends his entire school life on the corridor because he won't stop asking questions". I accept that now I'm 50. Anyway, no answer is to no avail. As I'm on here, I also have a word document list open, and I write everything down I need to so I don't have to scroll back posts. Just read on 'heater illumination'. Just twigged the amber light is when the diff gear goes in.

Secondly, my sidelight bulb keeps coming out of one of the grooves. Will I need an entire unit if one of the grooves has ungrooved?

Thirdly, I've got some black gloss in my mouse infested shed. I think the bumper would look better painted black. What d'yall think? Leave it galvanised or paint it (ditto back end)

Finally, I'm thinking of putting Kez giving the V's on the wheel cover. Is this decal common (if so, I don't want it).

Finally Finally, thanks for the advice about security. I've got used to using my new wheel lock all the time :0)

I have galvanized bumpers too. They suit my galvanized cappings so I am leaving them alone :)
It is all down to personal preference really lol
Yours would look ok black I think.....

Yes you will, it is a common problem with the cheap plasic loulding, however they are very cheap (link) and only a couple of screws to replace. When you do use stainles screws so that in future it is even easier.

When I go out looking for tratterers to nick I always take note of the ones with galvanised chassis. They're worth more as the owners have spent money repairing it. If it were painted black int stead then I wouldn't know it were galvanised.
This is a very valid point. Even if you prefer the look from a security point of view I would paint it, as it makes it less obvious that is is worth more money.
