Neither of mine, (the first one I had and the one I have now), had them on, especially after I removed the arb's, front and rear.
Bars are hanging on the wall in the workshop, useless as a "hip pocket" in a singlet.
Do you just want the gaiter mounting surface diameter on the ball socket bit, the diameter at the ball pin bit, and roughly the length?

MHM.
Gaiter Large mounting diameter 32mm (ball socket end). Groove is 3mm wide.
Gaiter Small inside diameter 17.5mm (ball pin end).
Length from outside ball socket groove to start of taper on pin 22mm.
Also looks like on mine front and rear arb links are same.
Measurements supplied are from the rear links.
