Td5 bulkhead

hi all looking for a bit of info?
Can anyone tell me does a tdci bulkhead fit a td5 or does it require modifying.

it fits but requires simple modification to get tunnel to fit

From memory the hole for the heater needs moved, there's defo other small mods needed, but i just can't remember off hand as it was a few years back.

You’ll have to cut the tunnel off and modify the heater hole at least.
And you’ll lose the flaps

Can a tdci instrument cluster be wired to fit TD5 same with heaters and such my td5 needs a bulkhead but considering a full change. If it’s no too hard

Yes the TDCI gauges can now be used on TD5 engines. Do a search on here for a link I posted a few weeks back, or search google.

fit all the heater system done a full tdci bulkhead on my 300 build ,,,and the heater gets too hot ,yes a defender with to hot an heater who'd a thort it lol
