my discovery pickup roll cage outriggers

Will you not be using proper isolation body mounts as per Discovery 1&2?

You bending pipe yourself or getting a custom cage built up for it?
the cage is going to be built by JFT fabrications and no I'm going to skip the hassle with the mounts and just directly weld it to the outriggers
 
that's one rear outrigger finished I have to start repairing the other side of the chassis before the next ion can go on

Just a thought..
Have you removed the springs/shocks to see if the axle arms touch these roll cage brackets?
Only asking as look close ;)

structural gaffer tape though lol once you get under the cab the chassis is on really good shape it literally drops from 3mm thick to 1mm in one foot
