Had an unfortunate experience with their parts supply business. Seemed like part of my order was not in stock but the whole order was delayed for weeks. When it was finally ready for dispatch they said the prices had gone up in the meantime so i would have to make another payment. It was only by a quid or so but it felt like they were taking the p1ss... Then they hadn't got the order right when it eventually did turn up - correct on the dispatch note but a few parts were wrong. It was only a couple of washers so i didn't bother chasing them up about it.

Purchased load of little bits and peices from them over the years without any problems.
Not so much recently though as I've found myself using LRDirect more and more.

Only used, as others have said, for parts and never had a bad experience with them.

Parts ok.
Motors don't touch....

Others are better out there ;)
Parts are ok but the website is VERY MISLEADING and you will struggle to get what you actually want if you care for a specific manufacturer. If you have issues its a pain in the backside and they refer to the small print bollocks to say "ohh part numbers are for reference only and if you send anything back its subject to restocking charge". If you go in and buy over the counter its ok.
