Removing fuel burning heater

There is a fuse within the glovebox fuse box compartment, just pull it out and it will stop it working (there is a fuse guide on the drop down cover, will indicate which fuse it is)
It won't throw any faults up on the dash, but if you plug into diagnostics if it's tried to fire up on its own accord if the external temp is below the set point, it will show a fault but only through diagnostics.

Just pull the fuse out, no need to faff around and pull the plug on the FBH itself, if you change your mind and require its assistance again - you just plug the fuse back in too.....much simpler ;)

Lol, I was going to pull the fuse yesterday but when I looked couldnt work out which fuse it was. I also checked the boot on the drivers side to try and locate the right fuse but it seems there are many fuses but I cant seem to see which one is for the fbh this is why I posted my question on the site. I googled which fuse to pull but it just comes to this site and gives many options of which fuse it might be. I’m still none the wiser of which fuse it is, maybe I’m missing the obvious as the help and reply’s are just blinding me with knowledge. All the questions and answers relating to the fbh seem to be about getting it working I haven’t come across a post about not wanting it to work as of yet only mine.

Hi again, I found fuse 59 in glovebox but I’ve looked for fuses under the bonnet but can’t seem to see them! Anybody point me in the right direction for the fuse box under the bonnet? Thanks

Have you accessed TOpix, or looked for an owners manual online or , or, or, yet?
