The red section from the minor road at 745278 to the T junction where the red and brown sections of Old Litten Lane meet at 741273 (The section of Old Litten Lane heading east from that point i subject to a TRO.)

Nice, looks like a few others have had probs on it...LOL.

Interesting, yet another lane that is marked as a restricted byway on the 1:25K OS map but a Byway on the 1:50K ,and a BOAT on the def map.:D

Cheers

Yeah I noticed that too, I tend to go off Trailwise and the 1:25K map (and check the council tro list) and check the 1:50K if anything looks odd!

Looks like it was a great day, wish i had made it out but should be up and running for next time. Any of you done salisbury plain before?

I fancy it but I really want to try and combine it with a camping trip as its a bit of a stamp first thing in the morning.

Not sure if any of the other lads fancy a camping weekend?

Saturday afternoon BBQ & beers, Sunday laning?

I've dipped a toe on the plains too but defo want more, would be up for camping but I wouldn't want to wild camp on the plain, not on the MOD land at any rate, was gonna float the idea of a long weekend up north at some point too, do a day of lakes and a day of dales or something.

PRob not that expensive to find an actual campsite or hostel?

They've invited me along so they appear to be an accommodating bunch in terms of n00bs :)

Iv always liked the 130's, so versitile. I dont think youl have any issues with the length, i lane almost solely in a long wheelbase pickup with a long rear overhang and never had any issues even on some tricky routes.
