Didn’t bother looking at this thread earlier, but a brake pad thread with 87+ replies is definitely worth a read!
This guys going to end up spending a fortune on unecessary LR branded parts, or he’ll have to scrap it when he finds that some LR branded parts are obsolete. His choice though!

Hmmm that’s not good. So that might prove me wrong.
Personally l used Britpart “gold” discs/pads and have found them to be fine.
But in the end it’s a free country, if people want to fit OE LR parts then it’s their choice.
But they are made by Ferodo. My friend works at the factory and puts them into the boxes!!

Gold discs or pads will not be much good, will look pretty, but gonna wear and melt if they get too hot.
