hi everyone! getting my first Landy, a 110 tithonus (LHD) 120.000km, in about 3 weeks from france. Been there and he´s in good shape.Motor running well, transmission works smooth, bulkhead pretty good.
The absolute slowest, loudest (is it possible that almost no interior can rattle so loud;)...) testride ever had...but I fell in love after having my butt behind the steering wheel and driving 10 meters:):D!!!
Now I´m looking for a usefull manual, there are some on german ebay (td 5/td 4 with turbo), all civilian versions, but for the army version: zero!
I´m sure when having it here I will need some help with parts and other stuff also.
Thank´s to everybody who can help me!:):D

If your on Facebook search for the ‘Wolf and Tithonus owners group’ and have a look in the files section. You’ll definitely find the military version of the parts book, can’t remember if they had a maintinence one. Civilian Haynes or Workshop manuals for the 4cyl diesel are useful as its mostly the same stuff as military.

They are not that different from the civilian 110's, a Haynes manual should do the trick.
Once you get bored of caning the bollox off it, just to keep up with traffic, chuck a tdi in it and fit power steering, it will transform it.
This site has some sensible info regarding old military Landies. http://www.glencoyne.co.uk/mod.htm

Yep, put in a 200 or 300tdi and power steering, transforms it, my Tithonus was done by glencoyne engineering but if doing it yourself try Steve Parker's www.steveparkers.com as they sell all the parts needed to do the conversion and are great people to deal with. Once done you have 75% of a Wolf 110 for 50% of the Wolf price .
