Not been on here for a while as everything has been working ok. I’m having an issue with the exhaust on the valve block venting when the compressor is running, it’s not constant it’s almost as if something is switching it on and off every few seconds. I have replaced the diaphragm and the solonoid seems ok. Any ideas...

I had this and for me it was a slight air leak around the pressure switch!! 7 seconds off and 20 seconds on...
Damn shift work!:p

I’ll check that out, it’s not the compressor switching on and off though, that stays running and air vents out through the exhaust on the valve block.

When relay 20 is pulled by ECU to switch on compressor, diaphragm solenoid is also powered. If compressor stays on but solenoid drops out. Check connector block pins relative to solenoid for bad contact in EAS box harness. See RAVE for wire colours and routing.

I’ll check it out and let you know how I get on.
