Disco 1 Rear repair panel?

Evening all.
Just wondering if anybody knows if there's a repair panel available for the rear boot section, it's the panel between the back bumper and tailgate seal. (Can't get a picture to upload)
I can easily patch it up but would prefer to make a tidy job of it and replace the whole panel if it's available.

not sure what you mean, as I replaced the boot with 3 panels....

Cut everything out:


Centre panel

It's the panel in the first picture where your pliers and wire brush are that I want to replace, can't seem to find one anywhere, I think il have to patch it.
