We always organise an Xmas bash..... Along with a heap of other leafer weekends away include wild camping up the West coast of Scotland and Orkney in September.

The black one behind looks like a Squeir I keep which is Nashville strung. The maple neck is too white...

A Defender IS a Series Land Rover! Range Rover axles and Coil springs maybe but a Series 4 in all but name. Even the doors are interchangeable with a 50's series 2. Construction and Design are the same, same elbow room...

I think they have got better in the hundred years or so since I posted that, Series trucks on the other hand have just accumulated more rust and halved their weight from bits falling off them. Really, you know why they call them series? Because they are a just series of disasters spanning their whole life time.
