Loosely RR related as it's an Evoke

How did he WALK AWAY from that? Shocking aftermath of horror crash where HGV landed on roof of Range Rover… but the driver escaped with a few scratches

  • The Range Rover and the HGV were on the A5127 near Lichfield at the time
  • The 38-tonne truck landed on top of the roof of the unlucky Range Rover
  • Despite the crash, the Range Rover's driver and passenger escaped unharmed
  • The truck driver had to be freed by the emergency services after the smash

How in the hell did that even happen? Also, although heavy, most truck bodies aren't that robust, the only real strength is the chassis. Which would be why the RR did so well against it.

The RR had to survive roll over testing, trucks don't need to because there is an assumption they aren't going to end upside down very often. Behind the cab it is normally just fiberglass and insulation.
