Searching

How do you search on here? I've done it before, but now I don't have a search box

You should have a search box at the far right of the dark green menu bar, as in the picture below. You don't have this?

I use a pc with Opera as my web browser by the way. It may be different on phones and tablets, or indeed different browsers.

No search box there? I have used it on this tablet before, don't know what's happened.

I noticed today that the landing page has changed since I last logged in. It now just goes straight to the forum list rather than having a page with selected forum posts. Probably some behind the scenes tinkering has been done and it may have affected the way pages display on different platforms. Might be worth reporting it as a bug.

Thanks, I logged out and in again, still no search box.

I use chrome on my pc and i have it

I use IPad, had it before, but it has just disappeared

I've just looked in the "feedback" forum and this may be pertinent:

Probably been dropped in the crash. I will just use utube, thanks anyway

Still have it in Firefox.

Turn you pad on its side. Some of the features are still there just hidden under the 3 dots.

On my Android (7.1.2)
There's a magnifying glass just at the end of the dark green bar, that's it.

You mean like this Mike?I have that too, but then I only use Android.

Bleeding hell mate, I thought you was having a laugh. Turned IPad on its side and there is the search box. Thanks, your an hero!

See there is some usefull crap on the forum.
Glad you have found all your buttons

Just be careful, having turned it round, they are likely to fall off the display and they're gone for good then
