Never seen that before. Is that the breather pipe?
You may need to drop the tank to get at it properly but my suggested approaches if not changing the tank are:

A 90 hose piece onto the remaining spigot. similar to this maybe - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Roose-Mo...hash=item337a23d192:m:mZzODivC1KPwgoBxBUKcuzw
A speed fit coupling, if the OD size is available (they do 6mm and 10mm because I've used them)
If you take the pump out it may be possible to replace the spigot with a bulkhead fitting onto which the pipe could be reconnected.

Good luck,

Hi, it's difficult to see from pics, but could you not just put in joining pipe? if you have enough pipe left to get a dubilee clip on, that should do the job..

Thanks yes I think there is enough room to get a piece of pipe on will try that then try n find a piece of metal pipe to join the two I just wasn't sure if it was a breather pipe or filling pipe

I'm not sure there is enough room to get at it properly, but if you can all well and good. Sorry to say it may be a drop tank job, but that is not too difficult a job, just put loads of release fluid on the nuts for some days before attempting to undo them.
