I found this picture of the airbox I want to use on the 2.5 N/A conversion but does anyone know what its called as I need a new filter but I don't know what it is other than mine is from an engine from a taxi in the 80's.
I haven't turned up anything remotely useful on tinternet except this picture, any ideas where I could get a filter from

same filter housing they used on the sherpa spec 2.5s was a common manifold and filter to use

I don't suppose by any chance you would have a link to a part number?
Still coming up blank.

Have you got a picture of your filter housing? I've got a similar engine and the closest I could find is a Cooper filter

The picture in my first post is the only one I have got, mine is the same as that, found the picture somewhere on this forum via tinternet

I found a site called Autopoartoo.com.
It gives crossover part numbers for heaps of stuff including filters.
CROSLAND 738
MANN-F... C1996
BOSCH 1457429890
CHAMPION W182606
QUINTO... WA6446
FRAM CA4306
HENGST... E778L
And thats just a few of them!
I found a Fram one for £6 delivered, arrived today from Eurocarparts ebay shop, fits fine
Thanks for the help

Just realised that picture is actually my landrover from my rebuild in 2010.
