Adrian flux insurance

hi guys would just like to let people know I used Adrian flux for the first time today, got the landyzone discount and declared all my mods with no extra cost.
They was very helpful offered me great discounts, beat all of my other quotes and offered me breakdown cover for an extra £29 for the year, great company to use hope you all have the success I did with them

Flux would not take NO for an answer, even though I found 16 better quotes online,(£800+ fully comp o 2000 td5 disco, with 63yrs old,7year no claims, clean licence) they kept sending me annoying emails, re 'we are glad you re-insured with us', the the finace company kept pestering me with the payment plan emails, numberous phone calls to resolve these issues. So all in all they don't like loosing a customer, and the call centre employee told me she could not communicte with the finace compny to stop the emails. Not realy the comms skills you need from an insurance company.

Just had a rotten experience with Adrian Flux who I’ve been with for years. They couldn’t have been more unhelpful and basiscally accused me of dishonesty. I called them to ask for a quote to add my wife to the insurance on the Defender TD5 and they told me they couldn’t do it despite claiming to be a specialist. They also tried to charge me for change of address because I told them I was moving jobs at the end of the month and am staying as a guest in temporary accommodation do a couple of weeks despite the fact that the Landy is parked outside my home from which O have not yet moved. Bunch of rotters. I’ll be looking else where. Don’t be fooled!

A greedy and useles company..........best avoided
