The time has come to consider the options for a new set of boots on my Disco 2, the Grabber AT2's have given a good 5 years service. The fronts have hit minimum but there's still life in the rears, (I do ask a fair bit of the fronts taking it round corners like a 2.5 ton sports car, lol) Although I've been happy with the Grabbers I'm considering something a bit more capable in the deep mud we get. Does anyone have any experience of Maxxis Bighorn MT's?

You certainly won’t be able to throw it into corners like a 2.5 ton sports car if ya fit muds! That said the bighorns were on my short list but I have no first hand experience of them to be able to comment further.
Cooper STT PRO is a good tyre that I have experience of and are on par with my bfg’s in my personal experience.

Yeah I second the cooper stt pros mate, they do in reality out perform bfg km2's and are vastly cheaper, better sidewall protection too.

You defo have to alter driving style after swapping from at2's, that's exactly what I had before, and the first few roundabouts in the wet were slightly hair rising in comparison! ill buy the coppers again when this set need replacing, cant say better than that!!
