I was very impressed with the machining :)

Yeah it’s a remote oil pressure t piece so you can fit a pressure sender and a pressure switch in the same line. I have he exact same thing except mine is on a bit of braided pipe so I could mount it up out of the way

Ooh! I like that idea, might do that myself as it will get them higher up out of harms way, think there could be space enough to mount it on the bulk head?

Yeah probably, I mounted mine on the clutch cylinder housing next to the brake servo

What pipe did you use Ed? Did you get one made up or was it an off the shelf item?

I have a spare stainless braided brake pipe in my stores with the right thread one end but just need a fe/fe union and it's golden I think?

I got a specific oil one from demon tweeks or somewhere.

Only thing worth mentioning is my gauge sender and pressure sender needs to be earthed to work - the cable/pipe stops that earth from occurring where it is threaded in the oil filter housing so I just mounted the T piece on a small metal bracket that was earthed and it worked a treat

I've been on to HypeHose who have all the bits I need and will go over to collect tomorrow, they were confident that the PTFE lined brake hose would work but obviously wouldn't give it a definitive yes for obvious reasons.

The fella said that they could do a crimped braided line if that was what I wanted or a nylon line with compression fittings, inserts and olives, entirely up to me and my budget to decide.

Might as well go for the custom crimped line me thinks, gonna pop out an have a measure up to see exactly where I want to put it on the bulkhead in a mo.

I've got the same gear. Got mine from Deemon Tweeks, but haven't fitted it yet.
