Hi
The battery on my P38 is flat, so the key fob doesn't unlock it.
Also, the lock tumbler on the door also doesn't do anything because the small metal rod that connects it to the central locking system has fallen off.
So basically, how the hell can I get back into the car?

Thanks

I have seen the bonnet opened on one in the same situation using a metal rod poked up from underneat and lots of poking around, took a while but can be done it seems. Failing that jack up under front somewhere to give some clearance to get in, use sone axle stands of some sort though first obviously.

Can I remind peeps to not give any specific details of how to gain entry to a locked vehicle - whilst the OP could indeed be genuine and I am sure he/she is - but remember there are not so nice people in the world who may want to 'aquire' a locked Range Rover for other means!!

Please do respect the forum community rules when replying to such posts else I am sure @blue beasty @ratty or @Sirus would have something to say!

I agree Ant, by restoring the electrickery it would enable the op to use his remote,if he hasn't got one then he's stuffed.
