Pretty sure what you have posted is the same as the one on my 1989 Ninety.

Would that be later it is an ex military engine and isn’t original

I don't think military ever used 19j. If it is a 2.5 NA, you need a different downpipe. The one you posted is NTC4426, I think.

It’s a 19j td ex military

Get NTC 4426. If it isn't right, you can always get the other one.

No idea. But it looks like the one you posted a pic of!

They both look the same, they will both fit, if you get the wrong one the bolt hole to fix it to the block will be in the wrong place, juat redrill the hole, dont try and use it without securing it to the block, it will destroy your turbo.
