or is that deeper pockets with bicycle clips on, lol

may i ask what are ur opinions between the D2 vs D3 , inc capability off road plse
You may ask but I am not one for much in the way of off-road adventures unfortunately, we have a small holding, and the pot holed drive is over a third of a mile long, we also have trailers of various description and a caravan, we started long ago with a 200 then a 300, dabbled with shoguns and such like but our main workhorse has been the d2, it was a life saver in the bad snow up here about 6 year's ago, caravan again, done well, but and this is a BIG but the d3 as a caravan / horse box tower beats the 2 in every way, more power and more stable, just a tad more thirsty. In the waterlogged fields round our farm both would get bogged down just now though when the weather is not so bad the 2 has been good for pulling the trailer with fencing materials, in fact its been so wet I have to be careful with the tractor, just 2wd.

have to remove the belts cover to check if it is the modified oil cover or not , only way to prevent it is to replace it

imagine you’ve seen the difference , enclosed some pics , top right hand side u will see a reinforcement webbing on the cover

seems to be from 2007 onwards, however even from 2005 there were reports of them breaking , mine was replaced at the same time the belts were done, inc the rear belt

I hope mine has been done, probably not right enough, how much time is involved start to finish just t check if old or new 2006 is mine.

Haha that's weekend to get all the tool's together :) :)
Be honest until I retire we are isolated on our wee farm up on the hill, if it went I don't know what I would do, we need reliable transport, that's why I have thrown a bit of money at the 3 & why I am taking my time on the 2 as we cannot get by with only one car, luckily I am not allowed back to work yet so making the most of my wee holiday.

That's a good idea, just said last week it would be great if we had one to look under the floorboards to see where the mice were coming in, think we killed them all right enough.

new servo and pipes altered

Thanks for that info, are these recalls time barred.

not that i’m aware , when i rang my local dealer they just asked for the reg and advised me it needed doing, picked it up and delivered it back all done, even washed it for me as well
