Hi all,

While upgrading to leather electric seats with memory, we have discovered that there is power going to the control unit/ecu under the drivers seat but then not coming out the plug to the motor. Therefore no adjustment.

We saw a replacement ecu online last week for £30 but it's gone now and all others are £250+ :(

Does anyone know where I can get one of these from or would it be a case of finding a freelander 2 in a breakers somewhere?

I did find one online that is the same shape and plugs but from a Range Rover instead. It also has a different part number and software code on the casing. I presume these are not compatibable?

Many thanks

No the FL2 electrical system is different to the Range Rover one so that won’t be compatible

If you have the engineering number something like 6G9T-123456-AA then do a google search and see if any Fords/Volvos use the same part
