Hi chaps and chappesses, I've not been on for a while hope all are well I'm still in between drovers at the min but the mother in law has a fl2 2011 and I have a court of quick questions.
Firstly she's just had 2 new tyres fitted for the Mot and they have fitted both to the drivers side is the fl2 as critical as the fl1 etc for matching tyres on the same axle? I'm guessing the answer yes but thought ud check with you chaps 1st.
Secondly now and then on certain inclines setting of (from junctions etc) it will jump or skip any ideas?
Thanks hope. You don't think I'm. Cheeky having not been on for a while..

There was a software update I think, it may be depending how hard you press the “go” pedal, it can’t make up its mind what gear it should be in. Update goes some way to fix this I believe

So do. We think this will be problematic having 3 different tyres and none matching on the same axle?

What does the owners handbook say? Our Kuga says it's advisable to keep all tyres the same on the vehicle. But it doesn't say it's crucial for them to be the same. Personally I think the more the components rotate together, the less slippage on the drive train. That must be beneficial to component life, surely.
