Any advice

Hey all I gave the range rover a once over the weekend and got stuck when it came to the door cards/trim , there pretty dirty from people resting there arm on the tops of them , I've tried just soap and water with a stiff brush an it don't seem to move it , I'm just wondering if anyone could recommend any cleaners or tips to get these back to original, it seems like someone has had ago in the past an there's a patch witch is about an inch square what's rely clean , so it should come back up nicely, any suggestions would be great thanks

Sugar soap from the old diy store?

Depending on how waterproof they are... I;ve seen people jetwash such things with good results. Obviously if they are actually card that's a bad idea...
