Hi All looking to replace aging suspension on my D2 TD5 with the bias on road for this one and towing trailer about

I will retain the SLS and looking at a good comfort road holding (tongue in cheek) and thinking Old man emu sport dampers and Old man emu front springs (std height) any thoughts other option suggestions greatly appreciated

All drop links ARB bushes etc all done at same time

Cheers John

Mine handles fine on standard coil/air/ACE suspension, but ride is not great due to 18" wheels

Avon tyres are slightly softer than some, I found that helped a little.

As @Feathers McGraw has suggested, new airbags. Change them as a pair.
Most owners would recommend standard dampers, although there are some owners who swear by all manner of techni-coloured ones.
As @MJI has observed, the ride on 18" rims is somewhat harsher than on 16" rims, largely due to the compliance of the taller sidewalls of the 16" tyres.
While ACE will affect the handling when cornering hard, for "normal" conditions, I've found the static anti-roll bars are quite adequate.
