had a 51 reg 1.8 freebie - did the HG and then it was a real nice thing to driveam getting there with the disco
but at the end of the day is considerably nicer to drive , alas need abit more of our attention but worth it in the end
now got a 51 reg auto td5 and its a pig --

like the way the hippo k engine is know called a kettle as they fail, lol
agree , bought mine as a project and considerably more involved than i first thought, but is so nice to drive, a dream for the amount of space , dogs love it , stretching out on the back seat snoring there heads off, along with a nice big boot for shopping etc ,
took the family out a while back and was amazed with the amount of room i had and comfort ,
the hippo was a nice landy but the disco suits my needs better
