It's a combination of a couple of things, firstly it looks to sit lower at the front because when the extended arches are fitted they are almost straight with the coachline on the side of the car the wheel gap is bigger. Second I lined my arches up with this coachline as best I could, this means there is a gap at the back where the body flares out but it's hardly noticeable.

Ah yeah, I see it now, I sat mine right on top of the trim at the bottom of the rear wings. Could move them up a little bit, wings will hide the screw holes. :)

Thanks, your truck looks great by the way. ;)

No problem at all and thanks, I'm slowly fixing it up one job at a time :) yours looks like a beast also. I think the 15x10 on 33" tyres lends itself well to the discovery 2 giving it a much more purposeful look.

Yeah, it's getting there. I have a 2 inch body lift (on top of the already 2 inch lift) to go on this weekend, so hopefully I'll stop catching the washer bottle and arches when under articulation hahaha.

Did you move the washer bottle? I'm trying to figure out where I can relocate it to, but there doesn't appear to be much space under the bonnet.

Yes mines next to the abs module (top right) as you look under the bonnet. Mine just has a 2" suspension lift. It does catch the arches at extreme articulation but only slightly.

Took the washer bottle off today to move it and my god the wiring is a pain the back side! Did you just cut the connectors and pipes then remake the ends up by the ABS block, or did you actually pull all the wires back?

P.S. It's a bit dented where the wheel hit it a bit, lol

I managed to cut the ground cables and pull the other ones back leaving the connectors intact. Then all I did was re-ground the wires in its new location, looks like it grew there.

Any pics of the washer bottle mod? I may need to move the bottle on our truck as i am fitting a steel bumper. yeh!
Seems a bit tight under the bonnet!
