I'm looking for a set of brake pads for a 110, ok so unlike previous posts I did some research this time found this thread which sounded ideal as it looks like he has the same type of vehicle as me
https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/defender-brakes.265851/#post-3209841

end result of this thread was buy EBC green stuff but on several sites they only seem to list them for 90's not 110's like mine and there are different part numbers which confuses me even more. I've attempted to look up the part number for my vehicle but no luck so far, but I'm still trying to be patient if anybody out there in Landy world could shed some light I'd very much appreciate it.

Go to the motorfactors and buy ferrodo or blueprint pads. Easiest thing
looked up Motorfactors could only find SC Motorfactors who's website directs you to Autosessive type in vehicle reg and what your looking for. Only brake pads that come up are Delphi or Drivetec

Yeah walk in to one....

- edit i could be a tad more helpful :p
Youll have one local to you, ive got two within 15minutes. Walk in, give em your reg buy Ferrodo or Blueprint. Both are excellent, modern pads that do not squeel.

I believe it's the DA4185 or DP61033 from the Greenstuff range that fit the rear of the 110.
would you have the part numbers for the front?
due to me having a special landy being that is heavier than other ones at 3.5 ton I would have thought it needed different brake pads but my internet search has come up blank. the only thing I found out is that compared to other Landys it's not that much heavier so maybe the brakes are the same ones, am I over thinking this one ?

I think it's the DP6708 that goes on the front. You may want to check all this with EBC themselves. I don't think there were different brakes fitted to the special vehicles, but you never know. If it was me i'd be confident enough to spend my money, but don'y just take my word for it. I've bought from EBC myself on a few occasions and they're quite helpful in ensuring customers have the right parts, so ask them.

Order placed with EDC thank you for the information, I have not heard of EDC before their website is far better than some I've looked at over the last few days lets just hope the pads that turn up are the correct ones for my vehicle.
