200tdi Injector Pump vs 300tdi Injector Pump

After finding the leak on my Fuel Injector Pump it seems I need a new casing, the alloy has a crack through it.

Does any on know if the casing from a 300tdi can be used on a 200tdi. I have the pump all in bits and new seals etc to put in it or is it a lost cause? I know it will need setting up once rebuilt which all adds to the cost etc. but I don't like to throw things away if I can help it.

Would it be possible to have it welded?

Fit a new pump. 200 TDI pump is ERR1333. None EGR pre EDC 300 TDI pump is ERR4419. I do not know if they are interchangeable without mods. James Martin will know.

They are interchangeable except for the later 300 tdi ones with electronic control.

Definitely not able to weld it, the casing is too far gone.

It is just the main casing I need.
