Hello
I've just bought a P38 4.6 2001MY with built in satnav. It seems to be working because the light comes on on the unit in the boot and the screen comes on but there is no cd with it. How do I go about getting one?
Thanks.
Nigel

UE

That's who I got mine from

If no joy let me know and I'll try and rip my disk and put it on Dropbox for you

Are they current? I'd have thought any disk that works must be years out of date unless someone's worked out the map format.

Anyone got one that fits the Jag because I've never seen my Jag one work!

mine is a 2010 dataset, to be honest, its route mapping is the same as google maps and i've yet to be stumped by new roads that have been constructed since 2010. so junctions have indeed changed so occasionally i will come to a round about where there used to be an intersection, however, spatial awareness tends to overcome that problem ;)

"Anyone got one that fits the Jag because I've never seen my Jag one work!"

but it's a jaaag.

That XJ looks lovely. Not driven one but it looks lovely and prices for the top end models are dropping like you wouldn't believe.

I've got one of the last british ones, an early s-type with the XJ8 engine. Looks lovely and the engine is absolutely sublime. The driving experience is incredible: you really just become 1 with the car. Pity the damn thing disintegrates on contact with air or moisture really.

yes they are i was looking at an x type as a commuting wagon, but i have my hands full enough with range rovers. i dont want another vehicle that needs constant fettling to stop it having a sulk
