Disco 2 EKA code

Does anyone know if the Hawkeye reader can retrieve the EKA code from my 53 reg Disco 2 TD5 ?

If so, what menu does the function live in ?

Unfortunately hawkeye can't do that, only nanocom can read and set it, a main delar will give yit to you FOC based on the evidence of ownership

OK thanks for the help. I called my local LR dealer they want £25 to supply the code :-(

You can get it cheaper from another place, Although I always understood LR dealer would give it for free. Maybe worth trying another.

Not ever used them myself though.

Maybe you have a nanocom owner who lives near you , you can ask for help.

Maybe there is somebody fairly close to Electrical Design Engineer who has a Nanocom and can help. Sadly, I'm unsure of which county Electrical Design Engineer is in.

The other advantage to getting someone with a nanocom to read it from the car is that there is always the risk that a previous owner has changed it at some point, in which case getting it from a third party or Landrover may no longer provide you with the correct code.

+1^^^ and also if you get it plugged to nanocom you can set your own EKA composed by a combination of small numbers as to be easy to insert
