Im sure this cant be good anyone know what causes this not sure if this is causing the noise but im gonna replace it
Also here's some more pictures i took while underneath. If anyone sees anything that looks not right then let me know

Most of those pictures are of the Hardy Spicer joints on the prop. Only way to test is to get the load off them (jack front and rear wheel off the ground and put LOTS of backup stands under the chassis rails) and then give them a damn good wriggle. Any movement, change them. There are really good videos on YouTube, sponsored by Paddock Spares, I think. I cannot post causeiI'm on my phone at the moment.

your previous picture with all the string hanging out was more worrying but we someone who knows what they are looking at cause I don't! Sorry.

How many ujoint would I need 2? I'm gonna order then and a driveshaft coupler Monday and see if that does anything. Anything else I should order to see if it will help

1 at each end of each prop. Watch the videos. Be aware he makes it look very easy. I wouldn't do the UJs unless you're sure they're bust, although to be fair they aren't expensive. There are a couple of different sizes but not sure what is on yours. Greasing them regularly via that grease nipple in the joint is the important thing.

Eh ig your right not sure what I'll do maybe I'll find something out thanks I watched the video and I looked at the ujs and they don't move at all and I jacked it all the way up and it didn't move at all you think it could be a transmission issue or something

Fix the obvious things first. That coupler with all the string hanging off cannot be right. Grease the props with a grease gun. Change all fluids if you haven't already. Then see if the issue is better. If not, James's answer is most likely correct.
 
I just want to add a few things on the noise. I noticed on my drive home a few hours ago that the noise will happen if im going slower and the brake are applied hard (guy slammed on his brakes in front of me while i was going 40mph). Also noticed while going down a hill today that if the brakes are applied while the noise is present it will make it a little more loud like the brakes are putting pressure on whatever it is and making it louder. Also buddy of mine noted a that had fell down in the rear it looks like the wire that connects to the front brakepads. I didnt even know that the rear brakepads had these wires when replacing them and the pads that were in there before were not connected to the wire... Could this cause the anti lock and tc light to be on?? What is the plug for? I feel like such a idiot when it come to these range rovers. Thanks guys!
 
That propshaft rubber coupling is your noise , you can see the polished bolt heads where both parts of the propshaft have been allowed to "rub" on each other , change the rubber coupling and your noise will be gone :)
 
That wire sounds like the abs wheel sensor, there is no brake pad sensor on the pads, well not on uk spec models.
There's what they look like it's hard to see the front ones where the wires connect but on the front it connects to the top of them then go down to the plug if that makes sense and the one on the back isn't connected to the pad and hasn't been for a while I don't think

wires are pad wear warning, so not an issue
