I decided to clean, rust convert, paint and underseal the parts of the chassis that I won't be able to get to once the floor and sill are in place.

I am yet to apply the underseal, I had to go and buy some more this morning.

I have realised that I don't have any pictures of some other bits I needed to do so I will get some later.

Pictures as previously stated...

I had to cut away some of the arch to get to all of the rear outrigger properly. This wasn't really an issue as it was rotten and needed to be replaced anyway:

I had a bit of a repair to do in front of the rear outrigger:

I wire wheeled, rust converted and hammerite'd any bits that were chipped or where the 'seal' had been broken from removing bolts etc:

Then plenty of underseal:

I will go over the whole under side with shutz once all the work is completed, this will blend in the touch ups on the chassis and make it all look uniform.

I can get on with the floor now!
