Cheer me up why don't you lol
More things I fit more gets hidden and better it looks I'm going to get Landy painted next year hopefully what can be seen can be filled by painters.
I, sorry mate, that was a thoughtless comment.
To be fair, not a lot of it shows from the outside. If you're getting it all repainted, you be able to get those bits filled and rubbed down.

poor repairs and the welding is ,,,well atrocious, ive not yet seen a good bulkhead from them yet ,...yeah welds show more with galv on them ,,,but only takes a small amount of prep before paint to sort it ,,,defo ring them ,tell them due to your time constraints you will have to use it ,,,but demand some sort of refund part or full ,,bad feed back from forums such as this will defo hit business

That's exactly what I'm going to do was thinking about seeing them when they are at the Scottish Show put them on the spot a bit when they are trying to sell to other poor mugs like me.

That's it, once one customer puts his card back in his wallet n walks off you will feel a bit better, then they will surely listen to you.

I was thinking of sending my 2a bulkhead to Ashtree but this is the second thread I've seen (the other was on a Facebook group) that's put me off. The other place I was considering is Land Rover Refurb in Yorkshire. Does anyone have any experience of them or anyone else - before I part with £1,000 and wait 3 or 4 months to find out I've wasted my money?!

Tbh Rob, for a grand you could do your own and that includes buying a welder and new panels. I didn't buy a single panel for mine, just started with a good 'un and made the bits I needed as I went along.

Wow, that's truly disgusting that the company considers that bulkhead a finished product. Its pretty obvious they don't give a crap about what they do, theres not a chance in hell I would accept that after the money you paid and effort to get it. Even if you decide to keep it at least post to their Facebook page with images and link to here so no other landy owner gets shafted by their pathetic lack of workmanship.

That is shocking, I don't know how people/companies have the audacity to sell such shoddy shite! Even worse that they are charging top dollar for it..
I agree with others about sending it back, but sometimes needs must and all that, and you live and learn unfortunately..

If you're thinking about getting it re-sprayed next year, I'd say most can be made to look better luckily, everything just seems such a half arsed effort given the company specializes in things like these.
