Hi,
I would like to take the opportunity introducing my Land Rover and me.
My Land Rover is a 2001 Land Rover Freelander 1.8.
I purchased him during the last Easter weekend.
When I arrived at home my better half said this is a male vehicle and I should give him a name. Ever since then he is just called The Duke.
The Duke is meant to be my first hobby project to cope with my midlife crisis and it is my goal to give him a full overhaul to make him a customized as new looking beauty,
I signed up for this community, because whenever I did research on the Internet to lookup parts or information about my Land Rover I was referred to landyzone.co.uk.
I look forward to sharing the progress of my project with you and to asking a lot of questions.
By the way, I am Marc, a 41 years old German born Austrian who is living on the countryside of Cork County, Ireland. Maybe this mixture makes me sounding so strange. The English language paired with my German sense of humor is often somewhat awkward, my apologies in advance.
