Why would we be fly tipping?
I think you will find that the Councils approach to peeps taking rubble (Other suitable fillers are available) and placing it on to (into) a green lane is oh-facially considered fly-tipping. The reasons, as far as they are concerned are irrelevant :(.
That is why it would be useful for the adjacent land owners to be on-side, if we were to carry out such activities. It certainly would be stooped to upset the local landowners. It might be also necessary to use earth moving equipment - again some thing frowned upon by the local council; in the same way they frown upon peeps with chainsaws clearing blockages unless they have public liability licenses etc. Tis all H&S, don't ya know..

Yeah I would be happy to come
Hey Flat.your profile doesn't say where you are, but seeing you're writing on this local Greenlane thread - I don't suppose you're the owner of the Lightweight just by the mini tesco, popley, Carpenters down? I've always wondered if it's anyone on here and it's less than 2 mins from my house!

New 1.6 ratio Transfer box fitted to suit my new big boots yesterday 2 hours must be a new record. Just waiting on a pair of new batteries to turn up get my winch going on 24V! Shouldn't be struggling then :)

Pay & play day next Sunday ( 29th ) At Brick Kiln farm, Four marks. Thought would post it on here in case anybody locally would like a nice little site to play around on. It's a fairly small site in a wood with lots of bomb holes, climbs and tracks to follow. I shall be going first thing until eary afternoon I imagine.
Cheers

One of my co-pilots has offered to pay to get in, so I may be there, as long as my daughter moving house on Friday goes to schedule.
So much to do, so little time, so little money, and on top of that I run a disco.

Ah fair enough mate, I know the feeling, once July comes round I won't have a single day off work until February hahaa! Like I say it's quite a small compact site but fairly fun with bomb holes and mud runs tracks to follow about. Quite lucky with it being litterly 1 minute from where I live be rude not to turn up!

Well the disco an it's air ingress put pay to me joining you guys today, an new fuel sender unit is on order but I'm gutted I missed another outing.
Did you guys have fun ?
Can we have some pictures.

When are we out laning again next ?

It was a good day, I think the site was a bit small and over crowded but on the whole very fun. Disco took some damage but only cosmetic, the new (1985) 90 did really well, loved it. Definitely need a good day on the lanes soon
