Rear Tailgate window

My rear tailgate window would not go down, After reading the forum I tried to calibrate the window, The rear door opened, but the glass remained up, I tried to run a diagnostic Ign on, hold fog switch, ign off then on and relase the fog switch......Nothing happens, So at the moment I cant fully close the door.

I get 4 beeps from pressing the window switch, but have now tried calibrating the window a few times leaving it with battery disconected from 10 seconds to half an hour.

Any help would be welcome

Did you ever get your window fixed, I'm having the same problem?

Have you had a look inside behind the rear panel to see if the cable snapped or is rusty. Or you could try a little pressure on the window while using the fob key to bring the window down.

Turns out that the wiper and rear window heater aren't working either.
I've had the back panel off but can't see and broken cables.
I've did the same as Darren and I tried to calibrate the window, The rear door opened, but the glass remained up - didn't budge at all.
I've tried putting pressure on the glass but it won't budge. The back door is opening fine and opened when I did the calibration, again the window didn't move. The latch makes all the right noises and pens the door but the window doesn't drop at all like it should. Just get the 4 beeps from the dash switch.
Any suggestions welcome.
