Will be breaking my three door 300 disco in the new year

Im keeping the engine for a project but everything else is available

Gear box and transfer box very good ,no difficulties getting second like most discos ive driven so i assume its been rebuilt (your welcome to test before i take the engine out)

Non leaking steering box

Id prefer to not strip the whole thing and scrap the shell due to time/space and low scrap prices so im keen to sell the whole shell minus the engine but with or without the box etc as it will be a good source of spares

Front arches ,body mounts ,footwells all welded 6 months ago but boot floor ,body cross member and rear chassis need welding

open to offers on the whole thing minus the engine and with or without anything you do / dont want

will be taking the engine out in january and im located in the scottish borders less than an hour south of edinburgh

£40 plus postage for the steering box

I also have a power steering pump and complete set of timing pulleys and non aircon fan belt pulleys including crank pulley and tensioner if anyones interested

If you get into stripping for parts, someone did our drivers side wing mirror the other day... I think its only a couple of bolts to take the whole job off.
Ive not looked into rebuilding ours, but if yours was for sale, it would save me some bother.

Rear bumper any good?

If you do get around to stripping bits out, I'm after the multiplugs and rubber surrounds that attach to the back of the headlights, with as much of the wiring as you can grab - mine have got damaged. Posted to Farnborough?

I spotted this, only yesterday -

http://www.paddockspares.com/pm678-...-kit-pair-left-hand-dip-uk-and-australia.html

Obviously its £25 notes more than buying a couple of ceramics off ebay (which is what i did on our disco) but it may interest you all the same?

I think im going to get the loom above for the new (to us) defender (which has issues with the lights as it is)

Lights are a common fault ...
As is the crap repairs owners make to them ... do some research on here to avoid expensive mistakes that will be of no real good to your vehicle ...

I've realised why I did not understand the replies - I put the wrong link in my post!

I can't put the right link in now, but what I intended to post is a bit of lighting loom, that paddocks sell for £25 ish that has the relays and ceramics all built in. It basically replaces the stock loom, and all the volt drop / previous mod issues that go along with it.

Sorry for the confusion!

Hi mate,

How are your rubbers of the back windows, the windows that do not open.
also, the rubber of the boot floor.
If they are any good, can you get some prices for postage to Canterbury?
Thanks
Nuno
