im looking for a new set of all round tyres and im down to the following 2 sets:
ContiCrossContact AT or Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S (G012)

whats your thoughts - im an occasional light green lanner who lives out in the stack and mainly uses B roads and some A roads - im also in East Yorkshire so snow is not unusual. the G012 are around £73 and the conti around £90

thanks

hi Johnlad, i never knew that. thanks for the off but whatever ones i go for i will be putting them on my credit card :-o

I had Geolander G012 on my old Nissan X-Trail. I've replaced that with a Disco2 and will be putting the Geos on that when the time comes.

I had Geolanders on the my V6. They were better than the factory Wranglers in all conditions. The only thing I noticed was sawtoothing after a few K's on the front tyres. I just swapped them side to side every 6 months. I suspected that once the treads had dropped 50% the sawtoothing would stop. However they last so long I never got down to 50% before I sold the Freelander.
