Looks great! Awesome scenery! Really impressed by the condition of the dry stone walls, they are really keeping them in good repair!

I've been thinking we all haven't had a get together for ages. So who wants to do a weekend in the Dales again this year? I have put it on a separate thread.

Anyone been down Stirling Busk (sp?) recently?
saw it the other day and it has washed out quite considerably.

Yes Stalling Busk was one of the victims of the big floods they had at Hawes some months ago. It is supposed to be being repaired but I haven't seen it lately and not likely to for a while as I bust my Landy on Gatesgarth

I broke the linkages that put it into low box and diff lock, at least thats what I think I did. The gear leaver is floppy and its stuck in high box.

I had to do the rest of the Lakes trip in high box, no diff lock which was fun as the lanes included Grizedale, Tilberthwaite and worse of all Stile end. Taking a run at those hairpins and hoping I didn't catch the rocks was a nightmare. I usually end up doing a couple of shunts on those but I dont think it would have set off again if I had

Ah .. you should have said, I have a set of linkages on the Disco .. but I guess it depends what gear/transfer box you have .. and I think yours is 200Tdi??

It does look a little different without the dust....thankfully I stopped short of cleaning the windows

I think its about time we had another Yorkshire run out. I have missed doing lists.

I think Saturday the 26th September might be a good day for a run up the Dales. I would prefer not to go on my own LOL
