Do you have any limits on height?
Where will it be planted - back garden, front garden or slab terrace pot?
What colour are the other tree's and plants etc around it?
Do you want it to flower?
Falling leaves a problem or would you prefer not to have this option?

You will need a wood or a small forest if its money trees.
Also be prepared to have a acre or so of land set aside for when the first crop is felled.
