I think many do understand those things, and that would be borne out by the people, including myself, that posted thanking accy and roy for their efforts. But there have been a few issues, and it has been said that feedback and constructive criticism are encouraged.
I know you are helpful, and enthusiastic about lz, but I think you are a bit uncompromising with people who express dissent. They contribute to the forum as well, and are entitled to their opinions.
I also think that is frankly a bloody rude thing to say to Nath, who has been here since 2009, and is a good bloke, from what I have seen.

VB 3.8 fully patched was/is the best most stable forum product Vbulletin ever made in my opinion.
But it was starting to look it's age and the features that people expect are too difficult and/or too expensive now to integrate.
I've recently had to make a decision to upgrade a board I run and it was a reluctant decision having spent 6 years perfecting the look, feel and flow through of the old vb I carried on down the Vbulletin route but only upto 4.2 purely because of the amount of custom code I had in place. Had I been more willing to spend another year perfecting a new forum software I would have chosen xenforo.
As far as layouts go this forum isn't far off as good as it gets, yes I admit I'm still finding my way about and some things are harder to find and don't seem to be where I expect them to be but if you ask the question you do get pointed in the right direction.
The only thing that does stand out is some of the colours text to background tend to merge and I'm not sure how they look for people with larger resolutions and / or older machines.
but we'll done getting it all transferred across without any major hiccups in one day!

Well frankly it's bloody rude for Nath to go into AG and whine on like he has... Tbh I don't really care what anyone thinks about me... But people aren't being constructive at all... **** it. I honestly don't give a **** if someone is having a hard time because the White is too white for them...

Nobody likes change but if it's a choice between a new look or closing shop due to phased out software I'll take the new look.

Bit sticky first few days, now much improved. Will be nice when the profile pics and smilies are installed.
Still don't think senior members need slapping down in public forum, tho!
There is a difference between feedback, constructive criticism and genuine issues and people moaning because they don't like the colours/contest/post width or can't work out to post or are missing smilies
