Just back from an enjoyable few days away breaking in the new roof tent.... Couldnt have asked for better weather and what a cracking campsite.... Shell Island in Wales, no gestapo telling you where to camp, just turn up, pay up (dirt cheap at £12.50 for two per night) and pitch wherever you want, from a clifftop pitch overlooking Harlech Castle with the waves lapping at your feet to a hideaway deep in the dunes where only a Landy can approach... fantastic place and perfect weather and the roof tent was a hit with the never camped better half... in fact she is raring to go again... bonus :)

Hmm. It's not yellow and it's not held together with Allen screws. Are you sure you're feeling yourself?
 
Nearly got one of them for my disco, mentioned it to wifey about all the adventures we could have.

Her response wasn't positive it involved sex and quite a bit of travel :eek:

What roof rack have you got bud?
 
Thats a cool looking setup, get down too Marrakesh. Though Harlech Castle is very interesting, reputedly one of the finest castles ever built and very interesting to have a tour round, make you realise what a hellish proposition attacking it was and the surrounding area is just great.
